Stipulated time limit of providing the service of Issuance of Caste Certificates to SC/ST/OBC is 4 (four) weeks from the date of submission of application.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (2) of section 3 of the West Bengal Right to Public Service Act, 2013 (West Ben. Act XVII of 2013) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased hereby to specify in the following table, with immediate effect, the public authorities mentioned in columns (3), (5) and (6) of the said table, for providing the services mentioned in column (2), within the stipulated time limit mentioned in column (4), for the purpose of the said Act:-
