It has been brought to the notice of the Government that pay anomaly arises between senior and junior employees who entered into Govt. service in Level 16 and above.

In such cases the overdrawal for the period from 01-01-2008 to 31-03-2008 shall be recovered with reference to unrevised pay drawn prior to 01-04-2008 as in the said period pay under W.B.S. (ROPA) Rules, 2009 is notional.
He/ She shall be serving as on regular basis in approved and /or substantial post and /or regular in nature in any of the aforementioned institutions continuously and satisfactorily prior to such movement to State Aided University.
What will be the date of effect if Re-designation of Reader/Lecturer (Selection Grade) with three years of continuous service is getting completed on a date during the period 30.06.2010 to 31.10.2012.
