The period of deputation shall be usually subject to a maximum of 3 years in all cases, except for those posts where a longer period of tenure is specifically prescribed.
An employee on deputation may elect to draw either the pay in the scale of pay of the deputation post or his basic pay in the parent department plus deputation allowance.

Teachers of aided Non-Govt. Secondary Schools who acquired the training qualifications shall be treated as trained teachers for the purpose of incremental benefits only with effect from the last date of examinations, both theoretical and practical.
No Govt. employee shall be transferred to foreign service whether within or outside India, against his will, and all transfer to foreign service require the sanction of Govt.
