Deputation
The period of deputation shall be usually subject to a maximum of 3 years in all cases, except for those posts where a longer period of tenure is specifically prescribed.
An employee on deputation may elect to draw either the pay in the scale of pay of the deputation post or his basic pay in the parent department plus deputation allowance.

In case of transfer to foreign service or on deputation outside India, the consent of the Government employee shall be necessary to his transfer to such foreign service or on such deputation outside India.
Centre for Cultural Resources and Training, (CCRT) will organize Training Programme/ Workshops for the deputed teachers of Secondary Schools on various dates from the month of December 2013 to March 2014.
For normal deputation, 5% of the basic pay being sum total of the pay in the pay band plus grade pay subject to a maximum of Rs. 1000/- per month when transfer is within the same station.
Under no circumstance the Managing Committee/Adhoc Committee/Executive Committee/Administrator of the School will allow any teacher to undergo study hampering the normal course of business of the school.
Cancellation of Order No. 438-SE/S/5P-19/09 dt. 19.05.2014 – Permission for pursuing further study by the teaching and non-teaching staff of Non-Government Aided/Government Sponsored schools.
An employee of a non-vacation department while on deputation to a vacation department will be guided by the leave rules of the vacation department.
No Govt. employee shall be transferred to foreign service whether within or outside India, against his will, and all transfer to foreign service require the sanction of Govt.
Teachers of aided Non-Govt. Secondary Schools who acquired the training qualifications shall be treated as trained teachers for the purpose of incremental benefits only with effect from the last date of examinations, both theoretical and practical.
