West Bengal Government Notification related to Government Holidays, Public Holidays, Holidays under Negotiable Instruments Act (N.I. Act) etc.
21st November, 2018, Wednesday will be treated as a Holiday on account of Fateha-Dwaz-Dahm (Milad-un-Nabi) in place of 19th December, 2018, Wednesday.
Schools will be opened on 16th and 17th May, 2016. On these two days, school syllabus may be explained to the students. Schedule of the summative and formative evaluation may be also be informed.
Due to sad demise of Shri Subrata Saha, Hon’ble Minister of State, Government of West Bengal, all Government Offices will be closed on 29.12.2022 from 2.00 p.m. for paying homage and respect to the departed soul of the dignitary.
