The deputationists who are drawing pay in their respective cadre post i.e. who have opted to draw grade pay of their parent department’s scale, may opt to come under the revised pay structure and their parent department will accordingly fix their pay under ROPA ’09.
Governor has already been pleased to create 22 numbers of additional posts of Superintending Engineers belonging to the Engineering Cadre under the administrative control of this Department.

The 10/20 years service for CAS-90 and 8/16/25 years service for MCAS-01 should be counted from the date of initial appointment as Pharmacist Grade III as the said revision of scale(s) is not upgradation but substitution of scale(s).
The first higher Scale and Second higher Scale of direct recruit Assistant Information Officer for the purpose of CAS ’90/ MCAS ’01 benefit would be Scale No. 16 (Rs. 8000-13500/-) and Scale No. 17 (Rs. 10000-15525/-) respectively.
