Teacher Eligibility Test
One of the essential qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher in any of the schools is that he/ she should pass the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET).
For the candidates who are till not able to have centres allotted to them but have valid Admit Cards may sit for the TET 2012 after obtaining necessary permission from the District Examination Committee.
Online application for Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), 2017 (Primary) for Classes I-V will commence from 10.10.2017 to 29.10.2017 at www.wbbpe.org and www.wbsed.gov.in
TET-2012 candidates who have lost their original TET-admit cards are requested to see the Chairman/Chairperson of the concerned DPSC with photocopies of all documents between 13.07.2015 and 15.07.2015.
Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for Primary Schools will be held in terms of the NCTE guidelines for the candidates, having the minimum qualifications, prescribed by the NCTE.

All Principals/ TIC/ OC of Colleges are advised that upon being approached by WBBPE, to spare the concerned Institute under their control for holding TET Examination for recruitment of Primary School Teachers and also to extend necessary cooperation.
২০১২ সালের যেসব পরীক্ষার্থী পরে জেলা অফিসে দরখাস্ত করেছিলেন, তারা ২৯/০৯ থেকে ০৬/১০ এর মধ্যে প্রাইমারির জেলা অফিসে যোগাযোগ করে নতুন অ্যাডমিড কার্ড সংগ্রহ করুন, সঙ্গে ২০১২ সালের অ্যাডমিড কার্ড ও সচিত্র পরিচয় পত্র নিয়ে যাবেন।
The online portal(s) for PPS and/or PPR benefits indicated above, shall be open between 03/03/2023 at 05:00 PM to 10/03/2023 at 11:59 PM and upon online payment of a fee of Rs. 1,000/-.
