NOTIFICATION
Attention: All Heads/ T.I.C s of all Higher Secondary Institutions
This is to inform you that a memo regarding “Suspension of Classes” during H.S Examination 2017 and Annual Examination for Class XI has been issued by the Joint Secretary, School Education Deptt. Govt. of West Bengal. In this connection, all Heads of HS Institutions are requested to note the following points.
1) Institutions where both H.S Examination and Class XI Annual Examination will be held, other classes will be suspended for the days of examination.
2) Institutions where only the Class XI Annual Examination will be held in the 2nd half of the school hour, the school authority will decide to suspend the classes for the entire day or for the 2nd half only on the basis of the situation.
3) The schools which have been ordered to spare their teachers for invigilation and other functions in other examination centres need not require suspending normal classes.
