Please advice –
( B.P = Pay in Pay Band + Grade Pay )
1) 18 years benefit –
a) Basic Pay + ( B.P x 3% ) + Extra Grade Pay.
b) Pay in Pay Band + ( Pay in Pay Band x 3% ) + Existing Grade Pay + Extra Grade Pay.
Which one is correct ?
2) 20 years benefit –
a) B.P + ( B.P x 3% )
b) Pay in Pay Band + ( Pay in Pay Band x 3% ) + Existing Grade Pay.
Which one is correct ?
Is there any G.O regarding that point ?
It will be better if you explain with example.1) 18 years benefit –
a) Basic Pay + ( B.P x 3% ) + Extra Grade Pay. is correct.
2) 20 years benefit –
a) B.P + ( B.P x 3% )
