A friend of mine joined as a lab-attendant in a H.S. School on 03-Dec-2014.
Some opines that he might get an increment on 01-July-2015 (at the 7th month of service).
A few others says that he should get the 1st annual increment on 1-Dec-2015 (completing one calender year) & the 2nd increment on 01-July-2016. Please suggest the correct one.
