The Works Departments shall abolish the system of enlistment of contractors. All works of and above Rs. 5 lakh for which e-tendering is mandatory would be awarded through open e-tender. https://wbxpress.com/abolition-enlistment-contractors/

What steps will be taken for the registered Engineers’ Co-Operatives as the availed 20% reservation of works upto the limit of 62.5 lakhs under unemployed scheme.
