I am working as a Veterinary assistant surgeon in Tamil Nadu. I am holding additional charge for a dispensary since July 2013.The person in charge for that particular dispensary has been deputed for another dispensary so I am holding additional charge for the dispensary.That person is deputed for other dispensary but getting salary in the same head.whether I can get additional charge allowance for the same or not.
