Additional increment for Graduate Pry. Teachers.

A new concept has been implemented at the Primary Schools. Govt. want to develop their oral fluency in English at the beginning stage . I think in-service teachers training is not enough. Graduate / P.G. teachers may be of help implementing this project. If Govt. consider to allow addl. increment for those teachers it will be justified. Is not it? It is also true some M.P. or H.S. teachers are more efficient. They are exceptional.

Mr Paul, dear sir please dont take my opinion otherwise. In our govt. system of education the absolute secuirity of our service and the interference of politics help us to find out the way of not to do our duty properly. In most of the private schools the teachers (of less qualified?) r teaching in english medium school creating the environment of speaking in english.And honestly speaking they r getting result and we being the employee of Govt institution send our kids there not in our own school,because we know we dont teach honestly in our institution. I think no additional increment can upload the lost goodwill among us! Sorry again, this is my fully personal opinion, I dont want to hurt any body.

Govt. often makes / announces different projects. Definitely these projects have noble purpose. But how many of it became successful?

Greetings to all! Honesty in teaching has been questioned. True! And there are also many of the teachers who are devoted to teaching and they will do their best without extra increment.But should we not honour them? If a high school teacher may get facility for Ph.D why not the primary teachers for graduation?
About the English medium school, the no detention policy and the lack of teachers as well as the craze are also to be blamed.I think INCREMENT/GRADEPAY may be a worthy topic to discuss in this forum.

Mr. Rabi Sir,
At first I am offering my heartiest regard to our Govt. It is true that Private & Govt. Schools run in deference Condition.We are bound to follow all G.O.s in our School.
Though, I agree with your opinion partly.But I think,we are leaving in a stern reality.Imagine and actually existing is far deference near us. Is’nt sir? thanks.

Thanks pradip babu and asit babu and also broy 85. Once again I want tell that this is my fully personal opinion. I dont want to blame all of us but for the rest we people know very well and the society is also marking us with its brilliant eyes.
