Will be the degree obtained within this period granted and the candidate get the benefits in service? Please clarify me.

InactiveAs per Board’s No. 8417/G dated 07.11.1981, except Casual Leave, no other leave is admissible to a teacher or a non-teaching employee of a school appointed in the additional post (sanctioned for two years), untill the post declared as permanent.
As per Memo No. S/435 dated 06.06.2001 , after being declared as permanent, leave will be credited in the account for the temporary period also.
As per Board’s No. Kol-2327/04/G dated 11.04.2004, any teacher absenting himself or herself from the school on medical ground in his/her first year of service, can be granted medical leave with/without pay by the Managing Committee and the said leave shall be adjusted to the medical leave which will be acrued to his/her credit in subsequent period of his/her service.
As per para 2 of G.O. No. 593-SE / ES/O/B/1M-98/2007 Dated 27.11.2007, the application of study leave should be sent to the Board through the M.C. of school.27.04.2012 at 9:28 am #72196Anonymous
