A similar G.O. already published vide Memo No. N/S/86, Date: 16.07.2012 by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. I could not understand why this new G.O. published. Is there any difference between these two?
1. No. 792(76)-SE(EE)/10M-186/2010, Date: 20.11.2012
2. No. N/S/86, Date: 16.07.2012
