A new new G.O. has been published on admission for the preprimary students in a primary School.See link- http://www.wbsed.gov.inA similar G.O. already published vide Memo No. N/S/86, Date: 16.07.2012 by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. I could not understand why this new G.O. published. Is there any difference between these two?
