after 10 year is B.ED necessary?

i joined in WORK EDUCATION as a trained teacher in the qualification of diploma engr. in 16.04.2001.if i get now assitant teacher*s job in ENGLISH PASS .should i need then B.ED?

Friend,
I think your increment has been postponed.It will be revive again after ten years continuous service.But you will not be able to Headmaster in future before B.Ed.

Ihave already done 10 years job as a work edu teacher.

I think you have 10 years continuous satisfactory service.that is why now you are eligible to get Periodical increment. Thanks.
