After completion of 14 CL,would seek EL in a year

Sir,
I am a Block Disaster Management Officer, under the B.D.O of Bagdah, Bongaon Subdivision, North 24-Parganas. Already I availed all of my 14 CL. Now, if i applied a Casual Leave from my B.D.O in a wrong attempt, will the leave automatically cut from my Earned Leave? Pls Answer?

After 14 CL , you may apply for Half Pay Leave or Commuted Leave. Otherwise, it will be deducted from your earned leave.
