i am W.B. Govt. employee under WBHS. My sister is also a card holder under my reference. She is 26 year old, unmarried and unemployed. Can she benefit under the scheme? Any one please reply.

Yes, she is an eligible beneficiary till she start earning (irrespective of age). Find the same in the following attachment (Page 5 > under the heading “Government decision” > Family > Note iii). Thank you.
