A student (D.O.B – 05.11.2005) if want to admit class 4 from one Private school to another can he eligible ? on 1.1.2014 he is 8+, but according to RTE he would be 9+ for admission test school admission rule also. But when he admitted in class 1 at age 5+. Otherside if he want to admit class 5 with age 9+ at Govt. High school it is possible?
