WBBSE has submitted the Annual Academic Calendar for all recognised secondary schools in West Bengal on 24th jan 2013. Is it a suggestion or Project or circular or Government Order by WBBSE or School Education Department ? If it not a Circular or Govt order then can school Authority pressurised to maintain this scheduled ? Plz reply me .

Nowhere it is mention that, this is a academic calender for the year 2013, also there is no date (year) of effect. Actually I think state govt. shows to central govt. that, we are way to followed RTE act, they just expressed their thought, nothing else.
