I have seen some non trained guys are fighting with trained guys regarding D.El.Ed. training. If somebody have Masters degree may be he/she have much more knowledge than graduate/UG candidate but whatever training given in D. El Ed training is how to giving lesson to a 5-10 years student. It is not possible to giving them the lesson in proper way without training that’s why a non trained teacher need to complete the training after job.

@ Subhojit , Your last sentence has proved that you were not doing your training properly.
Now a days teaching procedure has been changed that’s why training required.
