In view of the assurance given by Mr. Bari, learned advocate for the District Primary School Council, South 24-Parganas to the effect that no recommendation shall be made for appointment on the vacant posts of Assistant Primary Teachers in the schools within the jurisdiction of such Council, I do not make any interim order, as prayed for by the learned advocate for the
petitioners.
However, place this writ petition on November 24, 2014 along with W.P. 27619(W) of 2014
(Partha Nandi & Ors. vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.).
The parties may exchange their affidavits in the meantime.
