Have somebody got the news when we will be getting the 2nd installment of our third installment of the ROPA 2009 arrear?
Not yet. I think it will be an another Puja Dhamaka
Forget you friend , we have not yet received remaining 50% arrears of 2nd installment.Why do you think about 3rd installment arrears of ROPA’09? I think some, remaining 50% will be an ensuing Pujas and Puja of the next 3rd inlst.What do you think about remaining 20% D.A.? No more, thanks all.
Yes Friend, Right. Also we have already lost one year DA as our DA was effective from 01.01.2012.I think that this state is the poorest in India.

I think Govt is Very much much engaged with other activities …Govt is able to spend a lot of money to conduct different festivals glamorously but NOT PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES their dues. But the Govt. did not make any delay to increase the honorarium of the MINISTERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its real poorness???????!!!!!!!!!!!
