You are hereby requested to prepare a excel utility software for preparation of arrear bill for the period from 1.1.2003 to onwards for court employees otherwise we are face much problem to prepare the said bill as per recommendation of Appex court.

I hope the attached worksheet will be helpful for you and others too. Just put the Basic pays and treasury details correctly. It will do the rest automatically. I have prepared this sheet for the post of stenographers and it may be used for other posts too, just don’t allow any special allowance in case of other posts. Please note that the calculation of H.R.A. from April, 2008 to March, 2009 should be on pre-revised scale but as per enhanced rate. Therefore put the enhanced Basic on ‘Y’ Column which has been shown in red colour.
