I am working in Railway.My husband is a state Govt Employee.
Am I entitled to avail my hueband’s LTC for foreign tour as Rail does not provide any LTC other than Railway pass.

I am working in PHE department Govt. of WB. I want to avail LTC tour. my question is that who will give me the country leave permission. department head or my DDO, to whom I have to apply for country leave?
