Please read carefully the last paragraph of the said order, that reads “……… In old cases where the said Committee/Administrator allowed for improvement of qualification and passed resolution for allowing higher scale of pay, the District Inspector of Schools will consider the cases, ignoring the clause for obtaining permission from the District Inspector of Schools if they are eligible otherwise.”
My case is little bit different from the above one I too have obtained my B.ED degree from IGNOU but the thing is that I have obtained permission from a private ICSE School too obtain the above degree now as I have got a job through wbcssc and also I have not got any service continuation as the previous school was a private one . Do you think the above rule will be applicable for me. Whether The above degree will be valid and applicable or I have to do B.ed . I am in severe mental agony plz help
I have admitted in B.Ed course under IGNOU getting MC permission in 2009 when I was a para teacher of a govt aided school.I also completed part-I B.Ed exam.In 2011 I have joined the post of assistant teacher( M.Sc in Math) of another govt aided school through West Bengal School Service Commission.In present school I have completed Part-II B.Ed exam taking without pay leave during that exam period getting MC permission. In both cases I did not take permission of D.I of Schools(SE).Now my question is given below:-
( i) Is the B.Ed degree valid or not?( ii) Can I show that degree to enjoy the financial benefit?
