B.Ed in ODL mode?

there was a meeting on 20th april at the centenary hall, calcutta university about the above topics.
almost all the topmost officers of education dept.,wb and the representatives(very strong) of nsou,ignou and
all the approved b.ed. colleges of south bengal were present there.but what is the result? I don”t know but want to know.
IS THIS ODL MODE B.ED. TRAINING ONLY FOR UPPERPRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS? OR SECONDARY/HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS ARE ALSO MAY APPLY? if yes, then what would be the minimum qualifying marks? pls reply………..

Actually n.s.o.u. conducted a workshop on odl mode upper primary teachers’ training.
