Just submit the Programme of Final Examination and the Marksheet of B.Ed. to your HM and he will do the rest. You need to submit the Certificate of B.Ed. also when it is available. Thats all.

No, being apppointed a primary teacher you are not eligible to pursue B.Ed. on deputation as B.Ed. is not a mandatory degree for primary teachers. But you can do that thruogh IGNOU distance mode. But not through NSOU as it is solely for the secondary teachers.
I want not to get admission as deputed dada ..We knew that previously if we have 2 years teaching experience , then we would b eligible for .. BT from this this year ignou have changed certain rules ..plz see the screenshot .
As per the changed rules you have to see- (i) whether you were appointed before 23.08.2010 {F. No. 61-1/2011/NCTE(N&S), dt. 29.07.2011}, (ii) whether you have got the teacher training (D. El. Ed. in your case) {as per the Eligibility b/(i) 0r (ii)}. If you fulfil the above criteria, you are eligible for the said course. I am also posting the relaxation order for you.
