i want to know whether B.Ed and B.Ed (special education) is equivalent? does SSC grant the B.Ed (special education) as same value as normal B.Ed ? and if one H.S. section teacher take admission in Netaji open university in B.Ed (special education), does it valued?

As per latest amendment act of ssc in 2011, B.Ed in special education considered as equivalent to B.Ed regular
