    If an A.T. makes BEd. Training through distance mode (IGNOU) , can that A.T. avail Special Leave like deputed one or any study leave?
    The relevant G.O. will be mostly welcome.

    Distance mode of academic courses are not related with the formal deputation leave ..you can get study leave at the time of exam and it wil be considered as special leave approved by D.I of schools.
    One of my friend got such leave at the time of his ph.d thesis submission.and it was a special leave,considered and approved by DPI.West Bengal.
