I am a state Govt. Employee. My father is a state Govt. Pensioner. Monthly income around Rs 12000. After retirement he opted out from health scheme. Now my parents are not eligibile to access this scheme. Can I include my mother (whose monthly income is nil) under wbhs in my beneficiary? Pls give answer.

The answer is negative in this regard. As your father has opted out from the Scheme, eligibility of his dependent beneficiary has been cancelled automatically. Please be careful while enrolling your mother in your beneficiary list.
