benefits of current govt job if i got another previous filled govt job.

Sir, i am an govt employee under NPS scheme for more than 7 years. But now i find out that i can get another govt job which i was filled previous from current govt job and was under waiting in that but by a court case because of reservation policy. Even having more grade pay than current one. How can i get my all benefits of current job under NPS scheme. Should i apply for NOC from dept before applying for court case for previous govt job
