Sir and Friends,
I prepare salary and other bills of my office. I stuck on a case. Please help me out. One group D employee who has served till 28/02/2013 and retired on that date. Would he be eligible for bonus for the year 2012-13?
As the order mentioned on para Iv or v the “employees who were in service on 31/03/2013 and served at least six months during the year 2012-13.”

Festival bonus only meant for those employees who are serving in their respective posts at least the date of publishing the order. The required criteria as mentioned by you should not be applicable to that person as he retired.Thanks a Lot Mr. Ambarish Kumar Dutta
the tragedy is my DDO is telling that I have made a mistake by not giving him bonus for the year 2012-13 and asking for preparing a new bill of bonus for that employee only now.
