Here I am seeking the help from our Celebrated Forum on the ground that if a B.A (B.Ed) teacher (having the previous PG degree) who have joined on dated 29/10/2009 & due to upgradation of the School in H.S. Section on the month of June-2012 & bound to take the classes of History of class-XI with the due written request of M.C, H.M specially Secretary of the School with a weightage of 36 periods in a week from dated-01/07/2012, shall the Teacher be able to demand for his higher pay & packages ? If yes, have i to go through the Court ? Please suggest me.
