I joined in additional post in a high madrasah by w.b. Madrasah service commission in 24.08.10, i shall get my post retaintion letter after 2year but within 3yr from date of joining.
If i got my retaintion letter within 2012 end and then i join in a new school by giving this year school service examination. Then should i get service continuation and get 2 previous increments??? Plz. Reply.
Sorry friend. No such provision available. As you joined the High School through MSC, it will not be continued for further service conducted by different commission like SSC. Moreover there is no bar of minimum service for participating in competitive exam conducted by different commission.
But respected Posupati Ghosh had told me all assist teachers are same and get same increments if he/she change from MSC to SSC and vice versa if you had the post retention letter as because all under education department of W.B.
Can a regular Asst. Teacher of our State get the benefits of service continuation, if:
(1) he/she changes job from an aided/sponsored Secondary/H.S. school to a Govt. school through P.S.C. and vice versa?
(2) he/she changes job from an aided/sponsored Secondary/H.S. school to an aided College through College Service Commission?
If a Lecturer of aided College changes job to a Govt. College in WB?

ALL THE ABOVE CASES ARE SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVT. ONE IMPORTANT PRE-CONDITION IS WHETHER THE APPLICATION FOR THE NEW POSITION
HAS BEEN PROCESSED THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL OR NOT.
THERE IS A PROVISION IN ROPA 1981,CLAUSE 7/ .paerhaps the same is present in ropa1991.it seems absent in ropa 2009.one of my colleague joined school after serving in a madrasah for 14 years.he joined the madrasah under ropa 1991 and joined present school under ropa 2009.shall he be able to retain his expeience and get continuation?shall the rule of a particular ropa be effective after it’s period is over?is there any memo?
Can an Assistant Teacher of an aided school get service continuation when he joins a college as an Assistant Professor through selection by College Service Commission? Please reply with references if available.
