Is there any G.O. regarding the recent rumour that Govt. holidays on 09.08.12, 25.10.12 and 15.11.2012 are cancelled by the Govt.?

No. There is no such G.O. published. Those days are not Public Holidays; but all the offices of West Bengal (there are some exceptions) will be closed on that days.
