As per new CAS order of Deptt. of Higher Education vide notification no. 1196‐Edn(A) /5P‐90/12 dated: 31.12.2012, the new promotion rules become effective from 01.11.2012.
But, myself became eligible for CAS benefit from 19.06.2010 which will be guided by G.O. No 42-Edn
(A) dated 5.02.1999.
So please share this if anybody has this order.
This is urgent.
