my father isa retd prymary teacher & my mother is a primary teacher.iam a govt employee.can i include them
My Father is a retired government employee and having his health scheme card. He is presently admitted to AMRI hospital, Salt Lake, and undergoing treatment. Can he get Cash Less Benefit now. As per AMRI authority they did not get instruction of this kind till date. Kindly let me know if my father can avail that facility.
my baby is thalassemia patient she is under opd treatment in R N Tagore international institute of cardiac science(empaneled hospital) and getting transfusion from a non empaneled transfusion center (lions district 322B blood bank 27/8A waterloo street kol 69)……..
I will get any cash less facility for the treatment of my baby?
please reply.My father is a cancer patient and suffering for four year.I submitted the bill one year ago but why the bill is no passed.I need medical advance and i submitted the estimate copy 6 months ago but no help for the depertment.i need the claim ruppees for further treatment. i request to head of unit either you shoud fast the process or stop the process.
Its August from February but still no clue or information regarding cashless facility reached to us. Please let us know the present situation of the same.
I am a state govt. employee and enrolled under W.B.H.S.2008.My wife is an asst. teacher in a higher secondary govt. sponsored school. Last 16.06.2014 my first baby has been born at Bhagirathi Neotia women and child care centre (not empanelled) at kolkata.I know that my wife can not get benefit from this scheme for delivery related treatment as beneficiary of my enrolledment.As my new born baby had to admit at this hospital soon after his birth and was under 9 days treatment, my question is- can my baby get benefit from this scheme ?Pl. reply.
I am enrolled employee with my mother and wife. Now I have an new born baby who was born in non empanelled hospital in Jalpaiguri Touch Nursing Home Pvt. Ltd. on 04/02/2014 . Now I have question :
1. I am not submit any bill from pregnancy till the date .. CAN I submit the bill and pay the amount of 60% of Actual expenses???
2. How can I enrolled my baby in WBHS 2008 ???No order yet been published and not be published in future because its a “chamak”
I am a Govt. Employee at Sasthya Bhaban but presently I work at D.O.M.A, Nadia on deputation basis from 15.09.10 and salary drawn from Treasury-I, Krishnagar. I not enlisted at W.B Health Scheme-2008.
Now I want to enlisted at W.B Health Scheme-2008. So, Where I submitted the form of Health Scheme (Mother Deptt. Sasthya Bhaban or Treasury-I, Krishnagar) !I am a state govt. employee and enrolled under W.B.H.S.2008. Our home town is Jalpaiguri. No one nursing home facilities in this District (Divisional Town) under West Bengal Health Scheme, 2008. No available Dr./s in Sadar Hospital, Jalpaiguri.
