Sir,
I would like to comment one thing. I am a high school teacher of Azimganj Don Bosco High School. “As per the guidelines of the Government of India, Caste Certificate is mandatory for release of these Centrally Sponsored Scholarships. The last date of submission of application for scholarships is fixed at 15th November, 2013, by the Government of India. The Department is receiving report from different Districts that many of the applicants does not possess Caste Certificate.” All these report is very good. It is true, 100% true. I appreciate that very much. In the current year there are 657 high school students in our school. Last year in the month of January we were informed from BCW Department (MSD) that there will be camp in our school to issue the caste certificates. In reality things did not work out, no body came to organize the camp. I personally collected 22 forms from the students of Jiaganj Police Station only, they gave all the required documents. I have send the 22 students forms to Lalbagh BDO office, after some time they gave back all the forms of the students. I was not told the reasons why forms were returned back. Today(29/10/2013) I too gave back the filled up forms of the students to them and told them go to submit the forms personally to B.D.O office. In our school there are 80%ofthe students who are not having caste certificates. Students are coming from different blocks of Murshidabad District, (MJ- Block, Sagardighi, Berhampore Block,
Nobogram Block, Farakka Block, some of them from Birbhum district also) majority of them are residing in the hostets. Another thing is that some of the students have gone personally to submit the forms but they were harrased by the clerks. So I would like to ask the authority that students should not be harrased and make them run for months.
Thanks
