    The casual/ daily rated/ contractual workers who have rendered 10 years of service continuously with at least 240 days attendance each year may remain engaged in the same status and capacity till their attaining the age of 60 years. https://wbxpress.com/casual-daily-rated-contractual-workers/

    Only a few persons may be benefited by this order. A large number of contractual workers working in different departments/directorates against no sanctioned post.

    Sir,
    I am Raju Chakraborty,V.L.E(Village Level Entrepreneur).I joined on 16/01/2009 with a Data Entry Rate chart Basis under North 24 Parganas district,Bongaon Block,Palla Gram Panchayat.Is this order (Memo No. 9008-F(P)dated 16/09/2011) applicable for me?

    i am working in a municipal primary school as a teaching staff as a contract basis daily rate worker.My joining date is 01.12.2008.Is this order applicable for me.if yes kindly let know the payband. hope to get a reply.

    I am a Jeebika Sevak of Garhbeta Gram Panchayayet under BRGF(Backward Region Grant Fund) on contract basis.my joining date is 30/3/2010.I requested you this order No. 9008-F(P), dated 16.9.2011 is applicable for me?     I am still working as a jeebika sevak from 30/03/2010 & my engagement as jeebika sevak on contract basis for Agriculture Extension and Other Schemes under B.R.G.F. at fixed remuneration of Rs. 4000.00 only per month for a period of one year. My remuneration is come from B.R.G.F. fund. Is this order applicable for me?
