But West Bengal Government’s Finance Department has recently issued a Memorandum bearing no. 3967-F(P) dated 01.08.14. Does it create any hindrance or minimize the possibility of permanency for the contractually recruited employees against previously Finance & Cabinet approved posts?

I am working as a Data Entry Operator in a Sub Divisional Office from 10.02.2010 and working 20 days per month. I got my payment as a skill rated casual worker. Now I want to know is the Finance Department Memorandum No. No. 9008-F(P), dated 16.09.2011 is applicable for me and I can get the benefits as a Group “C”? Please reply and oblige.

I am working at R.B.C.College, Naihati north 24 prgs of West Bengal. in my college there some fixed payee staff, who are paid from college fund, they were working since 7-10 years. our college is a govt. aided college means that our permanent staff are getting salary from the WB govt. now my question is how those fixed payee staffs can come under govt. pay scale. I want to mean that how they can make their job permanent?
