can a school teacher leave his school before 4.30? a school named chouberia diabandhu high school , chouberia, north 24 parganas allow their teachers leave the school before 4.30. is it legal? if it is legal why other school do not allow the same to their teachers?

I am assistant teacher (Permanent) in a Junior Girls’ High School, I avail the maternity leave for the period from 04/04/2013 to 30/09/2013. How many day I can get Casual Leave in the current year.I m newsletter A.T of a junior high school.Now i appointed for Teacher in charge but i dont know how to maintain the whole process and all rule.Pls help me with proper information .
i want to know that shall we provied 50% salary against balance casual leave in a year to cbse school employee? it urgent please mail me.

My self Mayur from gujarat i have working with self finance sachool since 10years so pls tell me about rules and regulations of private sector companies are authorise to terminate anytime any employee? terminated any employee to immidiate effect then companies are pay to 1 month salary or not. that rules are hear or not?Pls reply sir
