I am a Gr-A govt employee serving under cooperation directorate district hqrs. At the entry of the service I have written down then my residential address – permanent address and DOB, date of joining in service etc in service book which was attested by the head of the office. After few years of service I have submitted the different nominations in the prescribed format. These were also entered in the service book and duly attested by the head of the office then. After serving for 13 years my address has permanently changed. I intimated the Head of the office about my changed adress.The changed address has been included in my service book and duly attested by the head of the office. At present ,Now all my permanent & present address has been changed. I have submitted application with supporting documents ( aadhar,epic, passport & govt identity card) in support of my my present & permanent address. But the Head of the office and HC denied to accept my application. They ignored me that without the approval of the appointing authority any changes be not be made. I have gone through the CHAPTER -IV OF APPENDIX 7 of WBSR- PART I. Also gone through the govt orders and circulars. I didn’t find anything about change of address. In category intimation is enough. It is I think to harass me unnecessarily. Why I am am not eligible to change or include my addres no correspondence was made. All are verbal. And accordingly the office is going. The employee who is dealing with the pension papers is very new. Always, afraid of the the head of the office and HC. I will going to be retired on 30.11.15. Files have to be sent to the AG before six months at least. I have consulted with senior official, they are very cleary stated that the address which is to be communicated to the PSA is final. Unnecessary harrassment. Please give early reply.
