Hi friends !
I want to know whether an Assistant Teacher of a High Madrasah who has not completed two years of his service can be able to sit for 12th SSC exam ? Is there any particular rule in this regard ? I heard Mr. Pasupati Ghose who writes in the news paper wrote that as the commission is deffered, so there is no problem to do so. I want to know the actual rule with G.O. if any. Please inform me as soon as possible so that the candidate may diciede for this.
I hope to this forum kind attention.
With regards.June 30, 2012 at 5:40 pm #73009AnonymousInactiveThere is no certain G.O. I found in this regard. I am agree with the opinion of Sri Ghosh. There should not be any bar to appear for the examination before completion of two years. Would like to see if any one prove me incorrect.

Thanks
Our H.M. did not give us no objection certificate to sit for the SSC Exam. that’s why we need a perticular rule so that we can show him the order.
Therefore We ernestly request all the active members to suggest us & ofcourse upload the G.O. if possible.
Because We had compeled to fillup the SSC form as fresher candidate.July 1, 2012 at 9:46 am #73028AnonymousInactiveI understand your problem. Are you sure “No objection certificate” is required? I think your service will not be continued from MSC to SSC and as such that “No objection certificate ” is not required for appearing the exam. Its my personal opinion. Lets see what others say.

Thanks for responsing.
Yes! ”No objection certificate” is required only for getting the benefit of in-service teacher. As there is a offer from SSC to get marks as an in-service teacher.Thats why we also tried to get the benefit for ourselves.July 1, 2012 at 10:25 am #73030AnonymousInactiveI understand your problem.
