InactiveWill the employees of WB Health Dept avail Child Care Leave at present ? Our BMOH says that the Health Dept. of WB does not implement this leave . Is it right ?

InactiveI think its not correct. Its applicable to all female state Govt. employees and I never seen any special order of Health Department regarding its restriction. You may have a look at the link below. https://wbxpress.com/child-care-leave/

InactiveYes, CCL is allowed to the the female employees of WB Health Services. Refer to the Dept. of Health & Family Welfare Letter No. HF/O/MERT/632/W-50/2012 dated 18.05.2012 vide which the Spl. Secy intimated the provision of CCL to all the Authorities of WB Health Services, including BMOHs of the Districts.

InactiveWho will sanctioned the Child Care Leave in case of WB Health Dept. BMOH ? ACMOH ? CMOH ? DHS ?

InactiveThe competent authority who allows other leaves ( eg. Earned leave) can allow child care leave.

InactiveYes, som is very correct. The leave sanctioning authority grants leave always. Since the copy of the order is also forwarded to the BMOHs of the districts, probably they have the authority if not specified otherwise elsewhere in the Health Service Rules.
