You have posted this topic under legal help but this matter is concern about leave. Just folly the same topic under leave, if you still not able to find the right answer which suitas for you then write about that in which department / office you are working. How many days CCL you have asked for, what is the reply you have got from your office. Are you the only one who is suffering from it or the authority doing the same with all? etc etc. Your feedback can help the exparts to give you proper advice.
Admin / Moderator may also requested to move this post under leave at once.November 21, 2012 at 11:47 am #75497AnonymousInactiveMoved. Thanks 10moy da.
November 21, 2012 at 4:58 pm #75514AnonymousInactiveThough the rule for Child Care Leave provides the scope of grant of this leave for taking proper care of children up to age of 18years in the matter of illness, study etc. yet like other leaves CCL cannot be claimed as a matter of right. Sanction of any leave depends on the kind consideration of the authority. So, if it is not granted, nothing can be done!
