in what condition can i get child care leave . our authority cann’t get it in my class VI child’s annual exam. order of gov is as the wising of authority . what can do in this matter . give me about in details .

First of all dear friend I like to advice you to search the forum you want to get answer of your queries. You have posted this topic under legal help but this matter is concern about leave. Just folly the same topic under leave, if you still not able to find the right answer which suitas for you then write about that in which department / office you are working. How many days CCL you have asked for, what is the reply you have got from your office. Are you the only one who is suffering from it or the authority doing the same with all? etc etc. Your feedback can help the exparts to give you proper advice.

Though the rule for Child Care Leave provides the scope of grant of this leave for taking proper care of children up to age of 18years in the matter of illness, study etc. yet like other leaves CCL cannot be claimed as a matter of right. Sanction of any leave depends on the kind consideration of the authority. So, if it is not granted, nothing can be done!

According to the CCL rule-
Female State Govt. Employees having minor children may be granted Child Care Leave (CCL), so if you belongs to this category, you must be avail the CCL … … …

I am working as JPO(MGNREGS) in Andal Block on yearly contractual basis.May pls. advice whether I am eligible for this CCL or this leave is only extended to permanent employees?This is urgent.

@ doelnet: C.C.L. is primarily implemented for the permanent state govt. employees only.
