Sir, I have read all comments. I Think Just approved in cabinet meeting on 19/01/2012. G.o will be Publish at first for the Govt. Employees after then Edn. Department.

No, no. This leave is applicable for all women employees having child under 18 yrs.
there is as such no limitation in this regard. but this can be proved only after the publication of the G.O. It has yet not been published.
