According to Govt. eyes Junior Basic School are very neglected (Cl-I to V)till now. Even the latest order vide No. 323-SE(Law)/ES/1A-01/2009 dated. 15.05.2012. Col. 2(f) (i) under W.B.Board of Primary education having class. I to Iv or (ii) W.B.B.S.E. having class. V to X or…..
I have not yet seen any G.O. in favor of class- V in a primary School. Not any extra facility either extra teacher or one extra classroom or any others.
We do not know till now what is the evaluation system in our Class – V. Either Continuous evaluation system as like as Class -I to IV or unit test System like as secondary school.
So far as I know, controlling authority of class -V under J.B. Schools are W.B.B.P.E. but class – v under secondary schools are W.b.B.S.E. Naturally a huge gap between Primary and Secondary Department. As a result Guardians are not interested to keep their children in a J.B. school.
I think all V class should marge with Primary schools or secondary schools. H.S. section have been marge from College to H.S. schools ( I to XII). What do you think my Forum friends? waiting Now. With regards.
