July 6, 2012 at 8:03 am #73087AnonymousInactiveI just wanted to impress upon the idea that ATs should do the duties of teaching diligently, no matter whatever class he/she has been allotted to teach regardless of his/her qualification. This is due to scant information available in this thread regarding the actual issue/bone of contention which led me to believe that some teacher is having problem with the school authorities/ HM at that, who has/have allotted him higher class for teaching despite his/her not having adequate qualification. Correct me if I am way off the mark in my interpretation.

July 6, 2012 at 12:42 pm #73093AnonymousInactive@ Arpita,
if there r enough teachers available in school then an A.T. with condensed course should’nt b allowed to take classes in H.S.sections.i think you’d find it in mannual, but why did you mention that the candidate is male nd of 55 yrs? is’nt it unnecessary?
on other hand sometime school authority finds a candidate much more eligible to send to higher classes despite his/her qualifications.
More over if you find it illegal nd harmful or autocracy of authority then you can contact the related D.I. office.
i don’t have any G.O. no in my hand right now ,other forum friends will provide you(hope so).
remember situation varies from school to school.
thank youJuly 6, 2012 at 1:45 pm #73094AnonymousInactive@ kayshikr & sabita das,
u both take this matter in a wrong way, may be am not able to clear my point to you, there is no problem about to take any class, but the point is i want to know the actual rule, situation may vary 4m school to school & also thinking & opinions…that i know. Anyways thanks a lot to both of u to answer my problemJuly 6, 2012 at 1:49 pm #73095AnonymousInactiveI HAVE FOUND SOME INFORMATION ABOUT “CONDENCED HONOURS”
i find some G.O.’s
1. dated in 1976 (i lost the GO no)
2. 1305/ DS(A)/C-3/91 Dated 11.09.1991
3. 203EDN(S) 6C-10/87 Dated 27.02.1992
I came to know that in 2006 a G.O. regarding CONDENCED COURSE was published, there was a latest update regarding this matter.
IF ANYONE OF U FIND THAT G.O. PLZ LET ME KNOW. I’LL BE THANKFUL 2U. -
