I am appointed (temporarily) as a LDA in a directorate of West Bengal govt. in January, 2012 selecting through PSC, clerkship examination. When my service is confirmed i.e. appointed permanently and eligible for next promotion?

You are expected to be confirmed in January, 2015 i.e. when your three years of continuous service is completed subject to your satisfactory Performance Report. The Quasi permanent process is become obsolate and at present if any new incumbents completes 1 year continuous satisfactory service then his/her service become confirmed. I also have the same query.
Is it possible to promote any LDA to UDA before confirmation. If yes then please send soft copy of that order or reference.
