Confused about Primary teachers future.

Friends,
I came to know from some sources:- (Primary Teachers In West Bengal)
1) Who has been appointed before 03.09.2001, have no problems because they are not included in this new order.
2) Who has been appointed on or after 03.09.2001 to 22.08.2010. Prescribe degree is essential for those teachers, percentage of marks is not matter.
3) Who has been appointed on or after 23.08.2010. those teachers will must be filled up all norms (50% marks of H.S. Exam. & Two years training) within 31.05.2015.
Now my Questions:-
1) Is it correct information ?
2) Has any G.O. about it? if yes Please either post here or give direction how to collect it.
Major portion of my colleagues are in hesitation. Please write about it. Best wishes for Bengali “NEW YEARS DAY” on behalf of Primary Teachers.

I heard the fact and came to know the G.O. No. being 277SE(P) Dt 28/3/12. I also make desperate efforts to collect the Order but failed. We already started a discussion in this regard in this link. https://wbxpress.com/topic/training-for-non-trained-primary-teacher/

@Aritra: Many circles are preparing forms so there will be no problem.However you can make an application in the format given.No problem will be there.It is better to submit the form at the S.I/s office well before the due time and a received copy is must in this case to avoid future trouble…
It will be better to add some documents if not suggested otherwise by the offices.The documents may be as follows:
Photocopy of-
1.MP admit
2.Mp/HS mark sheet
3. Mark sheet & certificate of One year training (if any)
4.Appointment letter.
I’m also waiting for suggestion/rectification(s).

Friends,
Apply in prescribe form in triplicate. Add all relevant Papers ( xerox Copy) as such as Mark sheet of M.P., H.S., Degree Course, J.B.T/P.T.T if available. Counter signature by Concern Head teacher. Submit it complete two sets at your S.I. office and Take receipt (in triplicate copy)on or before 30.06.2012.Now your work is finished.I think all of our S.I/S has received an order regarding this subject from concern D.I/S (Pry.) Order copy of D.I./S .Bankura (Pry.) attached herewith. Thanks.
